Charterers’ P&I cover for time and voyage Charterers builds on a solid tradition and with a reputation for prompt, expert and personalised service. Charterers’ P&I cover in respect of damage to third-party cargoes; loss or damage to the chartered vessel including damage caused by stevedores, unsafe port / unsafe berth; and other marine liability risks including death, injury or illness suffered by the crew or third parties; and collision, pollution, salvage or fines.
P&I insurance covers the legal liability for damages that ship owners or operators can be exposed to in connection with operating the vessel.
Hull & Machinery insurance is insurance against physical damage to the vessel.
